compare your lifestyle and a person who you like or admire

Until now, i still remember when i was a little child about 6 years old, i used to like Xuan Mai very much because of her beautiful voice. But when i grow up, i realize that my father is the person who i love best . Although he and i belongs to two different generations , we also have some similarities and differences in the lifestyle, sometimes, we misunderstood each other and have some small arguments, with the same characteristics, i feel that my father is my close friend.
Infact, my father and i have a not good lifestyle that is careless. And the result is that my mother always has to clean our house regularly. Although my mom time by time reminds me to clean up my room, i also forget on purpose and tell some white lies to ask her do that for me. Of course my father is not an exception, he always throws things everywhere, this makes my house look so sloppy and messy. Oneday, he needed his red tie but he couldn't find it anywhere, he gradually got angry and only saw it under the pillows on the sofa after 20 minutes. Besides it, both of us are extraverted. In fact, in my university,i have a lot of friends , i always feel funny when i talk to other people. Morever, i often join in some clubs such as: English club, skillful club.....They make me feel more active and i also get more friends. Certainly, my father also has many friends, too.His habit is doing some outdoor activities such as:climbing, swimming with his fiends. As a result, my mother offen complaint about my father and me because we often rarely stay at home and leave her alone with housework. Besides some same things like this, we also have differences in lifestyle. At first, my father is a risk-taking person. He actually enjoy trying new feelings.I still remember one day on August,he took me to a completely high mountain in Sweden , at first i was so scare and didn't dare to climb, but he was a different story, he was eager to prepared everything carefully and gradually climbed until he reached the top of this mountain.Secondly, i am so contrast to my father. He is an earlyrising but i am not. Indeed, he always gets up so early at 5 o'clock and does some morning exercises . For instance:lifting, jogging...Though he reminds me many times but i can't do same thing like that. I like to wake up late to lie on charming bed with my warm blanket.
Every body must has their idols, i am ,too. But my idol is my dear father. I love him because he has some same things to me. Of course, he still has different points but i also love all of them

My first day at the university

ESSAY:
After enjoying a great vacation in Nha Trang city, i went to my university to start learning as a freshman. I still remember my first day at a brand new place. That was a hot day in September, I had to go to university to meet my new class. Something happened to me and it became my unforgetable memory.
At 7 o'clock, I began going to the university from my room. I felt quite nervous because it was my first day at there. I looked all people around me, everybody was stranger so at that time, I felt quite sad.Just 3 months ago, my friends and I had always gone to high school together, we both had been walking and talking. It was so funny and now i was just walking alone. But the worst thing was that after 15 minutes in the university, I realized that i lost my way. Although my roommate had shown the way for me last night but now the way was too complex to me.I felt really worry and confused because I was just a newcomer so everything was so strange to me. My university was totally large with a lot of blocks and many areas divided into 3 main parts: part A, part B , part C. Maybe i was in part C but the room that I needed to go to was in part A . In that situation, i needed to ask someone to help me but I was so shy, I didn't dare to do that so I had to find the right way by myself. Finally, it took me 20 minutes coming my class lately. "It was a completely terrible first day" I thought, but that was only the first wrong thing happened to me. In fact, when I just sat on my desk for a few minutes, the teacher suddenly asked me to introduce myself in front of the class and I have never done it before. I couldn't describe my feeling exactly at that time. When the teacher called my name, it was as if there had a cold wind through my back. I couldn't do anything esle besides standing up amd moving near the black board. I tried to calm down and reminded myself:"Everybody could. I could, too". Although thinking like that, I still say nothing, I was afraid of people looking at me. I am sure that my face at that time looked so fool.Suddenly there had a big clap of my new friends and affectionate eyes of teacher. It helped me to finish my speech well. Afterwards, I was just absorbed in talking about my hobby, my family, my hometown...whole of the class paid attention to me and I found that all of them were very friendly and the teacher was, too.. After finishing the class, I felt more confident and so happy because I had more new friends and I also had the first memory in the university.
Just one day in the university, I got two things that made me had two contrast feeling:confused, worry and happy, excited. Morever , I had also more experiments that I always remember in my mind. That was my first day at the university.

Ho Chi

Ho Chi Minh mausoleum

Many centuries passed away, Vietnamese peoples have attained freedom and happiness. It's not easy for us to get those things but we had bravery, union... More ever ,Uncle Ho, who is a great father of all Vietnamese, a talent politician, led our peoples to succeed in fighting against enemies and have a new life. Nowadays, there has a museum of Uncle Ho in Ha Noi city and i still remember the first time when i visited there, it left me a lot of unforgettable impressions.
that was a summer day, i and my family came to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum at about eight o'clock. At that time, there had had a lot of people standing in 2 lines on a large square.I felt very interested in information that the tour guide told to us when i stood outside the museum. For example: this mausoleum is a large memorial to the Vietnamese peoples. It' s located in the center of Ba Dinh square, which is the place where Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independent of September 2, 1945, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. When i heard those things, i felt completely proud of our country's history, it seemed to be that i was hearing big claps of millions people when Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independent. Some more information about the mausoleum were that Construction work began on September 2,1973.The mausoleum was inspired by Lenin's mausoleum in Moscow but it had different architectural elements . In fact, after going through a long path and an extremely large square, i and others stepped on a sloping roof. The exterior was made of gray granite while the interior was gray, black and red polished stone. The portico of mausoleum had the words" CHU TICH HO CHI MINH" meaning "President Ho Chi Minh". In my opinion, this building was both precise and imposing, it made everybody who came here felt peaceful and the time seemed to not go by. For instance, the structure was 21.6 metres high and 41.2 metres wide. The plaza in front of the masoleum was divided into 240 green squares seperated by pathways. The garden surrounding had nearly 250 different species of plants and flowers, all from different regions of Vietnam. The time when all of us came into the museum, i had a totally brand new feeling. The air here was cooler than outside. It made visitors feel more comfortable. At that time i was very both happy and excited because i was going to see the best admiration person of our peoples. Ho Chi Minh's body was preserved in the cooled, center hall of the mausoleum, with a military honor guard. The body lied in a glass case with dim lights, the white face of Uncle Ho looked so gentle , it seemed to be that he was just sleeping. Looking his face, no one thought that he had devoted all his life for a difficult, dangerous struggle. The mausoleum is closed occasionally for restoration and preservation work on the body but is normally opened daily from 9.00 am to noon to the public line of visitors, including visiting foreigners who want to pay their respect to Ho Chi Minh.
Although Ho Chi Minh has gone far away forever, he still lives in the bottom of heart of every Vietnamese. To me, i 'll never forget the time when i came to the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum which helped me to know more useful information and left me a lot of memories.
